I love to create...

One thing I can't deny is that I love to create. I remember "creating" from such a young age. I created a "home" out of a dirt pile. I created dance recitals in my back yard. I grew up loving to move and began dancing more than I walked.

As a quiet, introverted child I used movement as my means of expression. When I was off stage I was shy... small. When I was on stage I was the star of the show. Movement lives within me and it will always be me.

So it is no surprise that I am feeling most fullfilled now as I create. Welcome to Forever Fit's new website. Enjoy!
