Our roots play an important part of how we live our lives and express ourselves through movement.  At Forever Fit, we encourage our instructors to embrace their roots and incorporate their own creativity and style.  Our clients learn something special from each and every one of them.  Forever Fit instructors may work across disciplines, integrating barre, yoga, dance, functional movement and more, and combine them into your workouts.  We encourage you to try a range of classes and instructors to expand your knowledge around movement.
